Last updated: July 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.propinout.com and any purchase made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
6.1 About Us
Propinout (www.propinout.com) is a UK-based online marketplace operated by [FULL LEGAL NAME], a sole trader, trading as Propinout, with a registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS, CITY, POSTCODE]. Contact: contact@propinout.com.
6.2 Nature of the Marketplace
Propinout is a marketplace platform that enables independent third-party vendors to list and sell products to consumers. Propinout is not the seller of goods unless explicitly stated on a product listing. Each sale is a contract between you and the relevant vendor.
Vendors on our platform are independent traders. We take reasonable steps to vet vendors prior to approval but do not independently verify all product claims made in listings.
6.3 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Propinout.
- You must be a UK resident purchasing for delivery within the United Kingdom.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting as a consumer and not for trade, business, or professional purposes.
6.4 Orders & Contract Formation
- Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from the relevant vendor (or from us on the vendor’s behalf).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where pricing errors occur or where goods are unavailable.
- Order confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this within 24 hours.
6.5 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely at the point of order. We accept [insert payment methods].
- In the event of a pricing error on the site, we are not obliged to fulfil an order at the incorrect price and will contact you to offer the correct price or a full cancellation.
6.6 Vendor Obligations
By listing on Propinout, vendors agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete product descriptions.
- Fulfil orders within the stated delivery timeframe.
- Comply with all applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Handle returns and refunds in accordance with the law and our Returns Policy.
- Maintain adequate insurance and comply with all product safety regulations.
6.7 Our Liability as Marketplace Operator
Propinout acts as an intermediary between vendors and consumers. Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent vendors.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a vendor’s failure to fulfil an order.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Where a vendor fails to honour your statutory rights, we will use reasonable endeavours to assist you in obtaining a remedy.
6.8 Intellectual Property
All content on www.propinout.com — including logos, design, text, and imagery created by Propinout — is owned by or licensed to [FULL LEGAL NAME] and may not be reproduced without written permission. Vendor-uploaded product images and descriptions remain the intellectual property of the relevant vendor.
6.9 Prohibited Conduct
You must not use www.propinout.com to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s account.
- Post reviews or content that are defamatory, fraudulent, or in violation of any third party’s rights.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without prior written consent.
6.10 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved directly with the vendor or with us, you have the right to refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme. We are not currently members of a specific ADR scheme but are obliged to inform you that the following schemes are available to UK consumers:
- The Retail Ombudsman — www.theretailombudsman.org.uk
- CEDR — www.cedr.com
You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (available to UK consumers for cross-border disputes).
6.11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of www.propinout.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
6.12 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of www.propinout.com following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
6.13 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
