6.4 Orders & Contract Formation

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where pricing errors occur or where goods are unavailable.

6.5 Pricing & Payment

• We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent vendors.

• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• Where a vendor fails to honour your statutory rights, we will use reasonable endeavours to assist you in obtaining a remedy.

6.8 Intellectual Property

If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved directly with the vendor or with us, you have the right to refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme. We are not currently members of a specific ADR scheme but are obliged to inform you that the following schemes are available to UK consumers:
