Delivery Policy

Propinout is a marketplace platform. Fulfilment of orders is carried out by independent vendors. Delivery timeframes, charges, and methods are set by each individual vendor and displayed on each product listing prior to purchase.

2.1 Delivery Timeframes

• Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed on each product listing and at checkout.
• As vendors fulfil orders independently, delivery timeframes vary. Typical delivery windows range from 3 to 14 working days unless otherwise stated by the vendor.
• Where no delivery timeframe is specified by a vendor, delivery will be completed within 30 days of the date of order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If delivery cannot be completed within this period, you are entitled to a full refund.

2.2 Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges vary by vendor and are clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Some vendors offer free delivery on qualifying orders. This will be stated on the relevant listing.

2.3 Failed or Delayed Delivery

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the vendor in the first instance using the contact details on their store page.
• If you are unable to reach the vendor, or the issue remains unresolved after 5 working days, please contact us at contact@propinout.com with your order number.
• If delivery fails within 30 days of your order date (or the vendor’s stated timeframe, whichever is shorter), you are entitled to a full refund.

2.4 Damaged Goods in Transit

• If goods arrive damaged, please photograph the damage and contact the vendor within 48 hours of delivery.
• Vendors are required under their agreement with Propinout to arrange a replacement or refund for goods damaged in transit.
• If a vendor fails to resolve this within 5 working days, please escalate to us at contact@propinout.com.

2.5 International Delivery

At present, Propinout only facilitates delivery within the United Kingdom. Vendors are not permitted to accept orders that cannot be fulfilled within the UK unless explicitly stated on their listing.
